Job Profile 1 : Solutions Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365
Main Responsibilities:
- Should be accountable for the deliverables of assigned MS
Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) and Power Platform functionality - Should be able to work with Business groups, Architects to understand the functional expectations, produce technical solutions and documentation.
- Should be able to conceptualize and design solution,
independently customize, develop/code using MS Dynamics 365 and technologies such as C#, .Net, Integration technologies including SQL Server & Kingsway Soft. - Should be able to own technical impediments, liaise with
various groups and troubleshoot/resolve. - Participate in the Scrum process activities including Sprint Planning and Estimating sessions, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos and Sprint retrospectives.
Required Candidate profile:
- 5+ years experience working in an IT environment.
- 2+ years’ strong experience in MS dynamics 365 implementation & support and extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps.
- Strong experience in Web API development and plug in’s Strong experience in integration technologies including SQL Server & Kingsway Soft to connect internal & third-party systems.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, MS Visual Studio and MS SQL server.
- Microsoft Certification is recommended.

What We Look For
- Bachelor’s Degree: B.C.S (Computer Science/ IT) , B.C.A (Computer Application) , B.E /B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT/E&TC)
- 2020,2021,2022 pass out.
- SSC & HSC and Graduation 55% and above.
- Sound knowledge and hands-on with writing code/scripts using C++, Java/Python, C#, HTML, CSS or any other programming language.
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts.
- Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
Preferred
- Good knowledge of Angular and React JS.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good at computer science concepts.
- Should have a background in application programming and systems.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle from curriculum subjects.
- Strong willingness to research and explore technologies in and around the product.
- Should have good knowledge of curriculum and related subjects.
